The person interested in a luxury vacation home  today is faced with a bewildering array of choices: from rental to full ownership; with timeshare, destination club, private residence club and fractional ownership falling between these two extremes.

Full disclosure - we have a luxury fractional vacation home project (Abaco Rose) in Northwest Florida, on Scenic Highway 30-A, next to Rosemary Beach. Much of what we’ll discuss in this blog will be based on our experience in developing, marketing and managing this project.
